I needed to replace a cheap version of a dog seat cover that broke the first time I took my dog for a walk. This one said it was waterproof and easy to install. I gave it a try and the product did not disappoint. I have a Subaru Forester and it fits perfectly and is of such quality that I wouldn't hesitate to ask someone to sit on it if the need arose. The reason I deducted a star and gave this title is that despite the video I had trouble figuring out how to mount the floor on the bench. It comes with elastic straps on each side and a little note that I can shorten this piece if needed to make it fit better. I couldn't figure out how to cut it to fix the fit and it was all loose and bunched up. I wrote to support and they sent me a link to the same video that I had already seen. I told them this and asked for further guidance and was told that this was the only video and should suffice. I was disappointed with this answer and offered to send a photo to see if they had any suggestions, but got the same simple answer. You can tell from the product that this is a company that really cares about what they do. They should ensure that this quality is passed on to their customer service. For reference, I figured out how to fold in the sides and tuck the elastic straps under the seat to ensure a snug and stable fit. Very satisfied with the product.
