My husband recently sprained his wrist and it is of great concern to him. I got this on a whim hoping it would help. It's a little shorter than expected. He's got big wrists and they rarely cover them once, but he says it really helps reduce the pain. Magnets are a good idea, but too weak to be really useful in my opinion. I would rather see n52 neodymium magnets. They are similar to regular fridge magnets. They are well made and I love that they are sold in pairs. They are really helping my husband so far.
