We've had the Ungers rod for many years, but the rag has long since fallen apart or been eaten by someone. The column stood alone and undecorated in a cupboard for many years to soften the water. Not today! I boldly tackled the entire 3,500-square-foot home in under an hour, attacking the cobwebs that had plagued me in our high-ceilinged home for years. And I could do it all from the safety of the ground, with no fuss and no stairs. Brilliant. I love how easy it is to clean up afterwards. Somehow he manages the trick of being soft and hard. Well made and great price!
