The original mirrors were round so they look a bit odd but for the price I can certainly handle it. I was minutes away from sending them back (in fact I had already printed my return ticket) because the threads were too big to fit. I decided to try again and found adapters that fit the original mirrors. Not sure why Kawasaki put adapters in their 10mm holes to fit the 8mm mirrors, but after removing the adapters the new mirrors fit fine.
