I like that it has an easy to use interface which makes for quick deployments of new features or changes without having to deal with lots of manual configuration steps in order to get things working as required. This is also very flexible meaning you can add additional functionality at almost any time after initial deployment - although this does require some ongoing support from UniServer's engineering team if there are issues getting them resolved quickly enough (as we have experienced). The pricing model could be more transparent so people don't feel they need to jump through hoops just because something isn't completely free/open source etc., but overall their service delivers what seems quite good value when compared against other solutions out there! We needed software built specifically around our business processes using OPC UA standards rather than relying upon general purpose products such as Azure Data Factory / Power BI; plus all data was being stored within Microsoft 365 anyway.
