Review on Leak-Proof 2-Quart Rubbermaid Carafe (1878491) with Lid by Buffy Nystrom

Unfortunately I removed the plastic label and threw it away to prepare for washing for use. It sat on my kitchen table for two days before I got it. I've tried removing the lid at least 10 times and can't! I can move it about 1/8 inch but that's about it. I am extremely disappointed. I wanted to like it. Not only can I not use it at all because the lid is sooooo right. I can't go back either. I will NOT be buying ANYTHING more Rubbermaid considering I bought this to replace a Rubbermaid jug with a lid that kept leaking. I think their quality has gone out the window across the board.
