Review on Modway Veer Office Chair Black Furniture in Home Office Furniture by David Epps

Okay chair, expect too much.

I wanted a mesh back chair because it's hot in AZ. I also wanted good cushioning and back support without paying too much. I'm a college student and I sit and program in my chair for hours at a time, maybe 4-10 hours a day. I'm about 220 pounds at 6ft 1in so that's the heavier side. I wanted a thick, comfortable pillow that wouldn't flatten or deteriorate over time and this pillow is NOT like that! After only a few hours of sitting the cushion was flat and felt like it was sitting on plywood, it was back to normal the next day but after a week it was flat and uncomfortable. I liked the quality of the mesh and back arch, it was perfect for me, the armrests rise which is nice, assembly is easy and the general build quality is as expected. I bought an extra pillow here on Amazon. for an additional $20 that's nice to sit on, but it lifted me up so much that the armrests were practically useless and the backrest stopped giving the support I wanted. The seat is also a bit small, but my butt fits. I paid $55 for a refurbished one and I'm still a bit disappointed. TL; DR: The cushion is terrible, the seat is a little small, better for smaller, lighter people. The arch of the back is pleasant, airy. with net. Processing quality is ok. Don't overpay for this, I paid $50 and want to spend more on another chair. say it's perfect, otherwise stay away and invest a little more, your ass and wallet will thank you in the long run.
