I had some doubts about being able to get one at such a low price but so far I'm impressed . The biggest frustration I've had with other dispensers is the excessive pull required to rotate the roller, which then causes the webbing to break when you don't want it to. Dispensers with more than one roll inside usually have a big problem with that. This dispenser, on the other hand, only takes one roll and this roll is free to rotate, making it easier to use. I installed it in my home bathroom so I can easily use commercial size casters. Update after 10 months of use: I downgraded my rating from 5 to 4 due to constant irritability. Plastic teeth intended for cutting toilet paper only come with one of the side of the hinge where it opens. So if you want to cut a piece, you need to consciously aim in the direction where the teeth are. Otherwise, only more toilet paper will be issued. I'm sure this limitation has something to do with the presence of the hinge, but it still seems like it could have been somehow avoided. In general I still like it.
