Product came tested and working. I bought it as a Christmas present for someone and on Christmas day the person tried to use it but now it doesn't work. It will not charge. The red light is on, but the device does not turn on. Charged with different cables for more than a day. When you press the power button, it just flashes "HI" and turns off. Contacted support but no one replied. Cannot go back as the date has passed. waste of money. Update 01/25/2018 So the customer service contacted me and after this back and forth they decided to send me a new device. I received it today and it works. Let's see how long this unit lasts. Upgrading the rating to five stars due to excellent customer service.
