This is an easy to use testing platform that can be easily integrated with your existing codebase, and its ease of integration is another great thing about this product! There are not too many downsides I've encountered as far as using it in my own projects. It has been quite helpful so far. The pricing model could have some improvements at least from their side if they want to get more users into their service. We're solving our end user acceptance by sending automated emails, making sure every part works well before going live.
