The ability to keep track of our clients' information is very useful for us as it allows us to reach out directly if there are any problems or concerns they may be having that we can help them resolve. It's also great when you're searching through your client list trying to find someone else within the organization. I dislike how this program sometimes doesn't update properly allowing me to search by different criteria than what has been set up previously (such as date added). This makes finding my contacts difficult since some will show up but not others depending upon which way the filters were applied at one time versus now. We use Ki Consultant Software almost daily so far everyone loves using it! They make contacting customers easy because once their address/phone number is entered into the system it saves automatically. Also being able to send email blasts right from the software without creating an entire document is super helpful too. Our sales staff.
