Misleading information

It says "Condition: Used - Very Good - This recorder has been tested and all functions work properly". which is completely false and misleading. The device is out of order and does not work. It cost me $128 for a non-working recorder. I'm so disappointed in this. I will send it to Sony for repair, not return it. But I will not buy any electronic devices from Revain again.
