DO NOT BUY - you cannot use it unless you remove the microchip from the HP cartridge
I bought these toner cartridges to replace the HP 414A. You cannot use these cartridges unless you physically remove the microchips from the HP cartridges and place them on the cartridges. A pair of pliers is included to cut the plastic around the chips. We attempted to remove the plastic around the microchips with pliers, using an xact-o knife to cut under the chip and loosen the adhesive. Nothing happened after we both tried to extract the microchip. To return.
