Review on Thunder Group Syrup Dispenser 14 Ounce by Raji Bentz

I FINALLY FOUND WHAT I NEED!

I have been buying honey and maple syrup in bulk from local farms for a long time. I was trying to find a honey dispenser that didn't require me to dip a knife or spoon into it. Honey lasts forever if you don't contaminate it with foreign substances (especially those with water in it). I tried the bamboo spoon in a glass jar, which I really enjoyed, but was disappointed at how patient I had to be to allow the honey to drain from the dripper without actually touching the spoon to the toast, the side of the cup, or anything touch. I am very careful not to contaminate my honey. I wanted something that was still relatively paraphernalia-free, glass, but would give me a little more speed with honey, which is inherently slow as is. I was hesitant to purchase this product because of all the negative reviews about the leak. I use this daily and it hasn't even leaked to me with honey or maple syrup. My maple syrup comes in 1 gallon jars which are a bit bulky for breakfast so I wanted a smaller dispenser. Now I can put honey in one jar and maple syrup in another jar. The main trick here is to hand-tighten the lid without flipping it over. And the second trick to keep the sides from sagging is to pry through the stuffing before lifting it back up vertically. If you pry the stuffing it won't hit the side of the can. If you just pick it up again when you pour it, it will drip down the side of the can.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Other interesting options are available.
