I bought this facial massager to tighten my facial skin and reduce wrinkles. The device was larger than I expected and (in my opinion) not ideally shaped. The actual vibration works well on my face and I see a brightening immediately after use. While the waiver is temporary, I'm sure it can become permanent with continued use. Now the cooling and heating effects are not my favorite. It sucks because I bought it solely for that function. The plate struggles with your skin temperature and I feel like the device isn't performing to its full potential. I have found that the plate holds its temperature better if you press the plate onto the target area and continue this along the face rather than sliding. Also, let it charge fully to get full power for more cooling/heating/vibration. The product is decent though, mainly for a full massage head and the pain relief that the vibrating end provides.
