Sometimes, but really, just because everything else in my routine is finally in place, I just need it before bed, in the morning before moisturizer, and about twice a week I cut a cotton ball in half to soak in the material and use it to help the dark circle. It helps a ton. I don't think you can go wrong with this, I have eczema and it helps even when it's naughty.
