I like that the product looks new! But I was worried about the bad packaging! It gets very hot during intense work like video editing! And slows down and it's thermally throttled. I was expecting a really great laptop from The Only Seller because they had a lot of positive feedback! And I contacted them several times what I wanted to make sure they send me a working laptop with no problems. I don't think they run a diagnostic test or an MRI test like Apple does to determine if everything is working or not. it works and sometimes it doesn't. I really need a working laptop with no issues or anything. I decide to return mine. 3 stars for overheating issues and sticky buttons.
