The overall quality of the cue is good if you use it for general purposes and not for a serious player. It feels solid and the build feels good, although I haven't taken it apart yet and have tested it in a few games to see how well it holds up. The reason I gave it three stars is that two of the four replica wands arrived slightly warped. Maybe it was a bad move, or you only roll when all fours come up like an arrow. So I can only speak for my set. As a general rule, all cues should be checked for straightness by rolling them over a perfectly flat surface such as a pool table. And any (small) deformation will be noticeable during this test. If you are an amateur gamer using it for general purposes e.g. in a public swimming pool, this is acceptable as the overall quality and condition appears to be good. But for more serious gamers it's like rolling dice because everything is made in China (where those clues are coming from I suppose).
