Not bad but doesn't use USB 3.0 and doesn't record 1080p at 60fps

This is a decent external card that can record 720p at 60fps and 1080p at 30fps but doesn't use USB 3.0 as in specified in the description. Instead, it uses USB 2.0, which means it can't record 1080p at 60fps as the description claims.
