If you have a low mileage or original car, please note that this pump is not a direct replacement for the original. The original pump came with an extra metal pin around the perimeter of the pump which was located in the timing case cover. The replacement pump does not have this pin but has a hole for a screw that inserts and screws into the timing case cover. If you don't have an extra bolt from another car, the seal will be broken and there will be a weak part in the seal where there is less than 1/16 inch of seal between the pressurized fluid and the dead air space created by the void Hole. Again, this can be fixed by purchasing an extra bolt that the original car wouldn't have, but not everyone has access to a junkyard to find a replacement engine to remove that bolt. Be careful.
