Review on HUNTER 90603 Retro Table Matte by Beth Martin

So I was looking for a vintage style fan to attach to my vintage stereo box. Something that also hesitated. I ALMOST pulled the trigger on the $180 Vornado Swam Alchemy. Great fan but the price put me off. Then I remembered how good Hunter ceiling fans were. I spotted the 5 blade and 4 blade versions for the same price of $60. The 4 Blade had the derailleur in the front and the 5 in the back, above the motor. I've always noticed in the past that the more blades the quieter, with fewer blades resulting in less engine drag but also more wind noise. I'm so glad I bought this. The build quality is solid! Very quiet at low and slight wind noise at high. WAAAAAAA less than my plastic fans. Squeezes out a decent amount of air too! Worth €60 with shipping! I ordered a matte black to match my stereo and am considering ordering a matte nickel for another room. Great Job Hunter!
