Stylish, impressive, solid fan, cool.

I need a long lasting fan. I really didn't expect to find one that "looks" as good as this fan. Trust me, this 12 inch Hunter fan is well built, durable, virtually silent and has 5 blades. Cools like you would expect from a 12" fan. You can set it to oscillate or stay still. US Company - Shipping from Georgia. Very impressive! in Table Fans

So I was looking for a vintage style fan to attach to my vintage stereo box. Something that also hesitated. I ALMOST pulled the trigger on the $180 Vornado Swam Alchemy. Great fan but the price put me off. Then I remembered how good Hunter ceiling fans were. I spotted the 5 blade and 4 blade versions for the same price of $60. Clumsy start then smooth then clumsy again

I bought this fan first because I was looking for a good quality desktop fan. Judging by other reviews, I made a firm bet. After a few months of use I can say yes. simply good. When I first set it up, there were a lot of clicks and noises. I sent it back almost immediately but let it sit for several hours.
