These goggles really work! I'm a 100 percent online student, even before the pandemic, and the amount of screen time would give me a headache. I don't do it with these. I can immediately tell the difference with them. Also, I tried them when I went outside in the middle of the day when the sun was at its brightest. I can tell you that it didn't bother me that much being able to see where I normally feel blind without "sunglasses" which I don't like to use because they darken everything around me. These blue light goggles are perfect for me! Highly recommended, I also bought for my kids!
