I'm in my second trimester and sleep with a wedge pillow. These pillows don't support your neck or head well, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. So I started using it with a huge U shaped pillow, well that pillow gave me neck pain as it didn't support it either (I know I'm very complex lol). Anyway I tried supporting my neck with a folded towel and it more or less worked but it kept uncurling and I used a hair tie to hold it together but it kept moving, me needed it to flatten it out a bit because then it was too big for my neck. I know a roll of memory foam would be too big for my neck so I chose this pillow. It's amazing, I can flatten it in the middle where my neck goes and increase it on the sides that hold my head in place. I can turn my head in any direction without my neck being in an awkward position. I love it!
