I was so happy to receive this pillow I have to say it's no one's fault but it wasn't for me. It was a bit stiff for me so I couldn't relax my neck lying with it. I wish it was a little longer so I had a pillow when I tilted my head left or right but that's how I love my pillows. Good product if you like snug and firm, just not for me.
