So I bought this extension to save space on my desk. I have all sorts of devices that I charge every night and extra cords that make my eyes hurt and rats just nest. This item takes care of all of that and the fact that it has a traditional three prong plug is fantastic. And I can say the customer service has been fantastic, the first overtime I've ever recorded generated a high pitched whine. I asked the seller if that was normal and he said it wasn't. They offered to replace the extension cord with another one. The replacement came very quickly and made no shrill noises. Your prompt response and understanding were greatly appreciated. This expander is really very versatile and works damn well. I can't recommend it highly enough. If you have any questions, just ask.
