These field notes and passport cover are some of the best leather items I have ever bought. I travel weekly as a project manager and this product is great! My passport, credit cards, and field notes were kept in my back pocket for maximum convenience. The price is very reasonable for something of this quality, especially from an American company. I bought similar products that were top sellers, at a lower price but not the same quality. I was also looking for something unique in color rather than the standard brown and black leather. This slate gray is even better in reality than in the photos. The construction and attention to detail in the craftsmanship is very impressive. Not to be missed but packing and unpacking was a joy. It came with a short handwritten note from Standard Knight and a padded burlap pouch to protect the leather case for field notes. All in all I would have no hesitation in buying again and would recommend others to try it!
