Honestly this is a 5 star watch. But I got tired of carrying a magnifying glass to read the instructions, so I gave it a star. I had to fiddle with removing the links to make it fit because I couldn't make out directions and photos even with a magnifying glass. However, it's pretty intuitive once you look at the setup. You should get the tool on the right. The pin has a "rough" end that you want to see when you push it out. If you try to do it from the wrong side, you will have a hard time pulling it all the way out because of that rough end. I don't know if that makes sense, but it should happen as soon as you start removing the pins. Plus, it was easy to set up. My only issue is that my wrist falls between link sizes so I have to figure out if I want them to be a little tight or a little loose. Too bad this watch doesn't have a half size link for people like me. The watch itself is freaking cute! I love it! So different and it will go with many of my outfits. Would buy again.
