The print didn't come out as expected. The ends are a terrible yellow-orange and the main print is very black and white with higher contrast than pictured. It definitely didn't look as natural as the picture. I try to bleach the tips in the sun for a more muted and natural look by laying them on a chair near a window, but haven't seen any results yet and really wish I didn't feel it was necessary would be to get the look I was expecting. I'm also worried that sunburn can make the material brittle. Nothing can be done to the main body, it just has to look like a photocopy of the tree bark. The pillow itself is fine as expected in terms of size, materials and comfort. My problem is that not only did I buy this for the functionality of the pillow, it was also a very aesthetic desire and it doesn't live up to expectations and the advertising/presentation. and may later decide to get the Platanus and hope it looks more like the one pictured. However, based on Birch's experience, I'm cautious and don't want to get another case of disappointment. It still gets 3 stars because if I didn't compare it to the picture it would still look pretty cool and it's still functional as you'd expect a pillow to be.
