Terrible purchase. They are not waterproof. I planned to use them to protect foam mats in dog cages. So I washed them first and then decided to check the level of waterproofness. I put a plastic bag under my pillowcase and poured some water over it. I waited a few minutes. and the bag got wet. waste of money. Yes, I could pour water and then lift the box and drain. However, if one of the dogs has an accident and lies down on the cushion, the liquid will seep through the cover and contaminate the foam cushion.
