I really enjoyed using this application because it was easy to use after learning how much of an asset for us they were as we needed more help with our work efficiency issues from scheduling tasks etc. It's very helpful when you're out at different sites or working remotely so having everything within one app makes things easier! You can't customize what fields are there but otherwise no downsides other than maybe their customer service would be better - not sure about pricing options also if anyone else has used them.
