Our needle was diagnosed with diabetes a month ago. It's our fault for overfeeding him. He lost a lot of weight, so we knew something was wrong. The vet said he needed insulin. I would recommend trying this before taking insulin shots. It took about a week for his system to recover. He was cold and I put some kairo syrup on his gums. It disappeared after his system settled down. He is now eating his dog food and keeping his weight stable.
