Water escapes from the union nut. I lost three appliances immediately as soon as the water was turned on. I don't understand how the manufacturer could send them out without checking. The first device worked, but I opened the hinge while looking for the water flow regulator described in the instructions. IT WAS NOT LIKE THAT. Water splashed during assembly. I asked the manufacturer for a replacement and they sent it. While waiting for a replacement, I ordered another "Spa Station" for another bathroom. When the replacement came I installed it, instant failure. A jet of water from a swivel. When the next unit from Revane arrived, another one, immediate sortie. The same problem arose when replacing it: water leaked from the union nut. I requested a refund and was told I had to wait to hear back from the seller. We've been waiting for weeks.
