Good inexpensive skirt
The material is not very high quality, but quite decent for the money. We use it for Irish dances and have seen the same skirt in black or plaid on many dancers. My daughter's only complaint is that the waste rises too high, but she folded it inside and it was fine. Would buy again and recommend for a casual skirt or for a feis.
