Looked cool, its not. 2 sided but only 1 hole at the top, not the 2 holes pictured. Package looked like it had be sent back once already. Live in a apartment, neighbor came to check if there was a fire. IT SMELLS HORRIBLE. Don't make my mistake, thankfully I didn't gift this.

The product didn't perform as expected at all. In the demos it shows a vibrant white thick smoke from the incense cones after being lighted. I thought this would be perfect for yoga, relaxing, etc. NOT! the smoke was almost not there, exactly the opposite, thin, grey so you can't see it, the smell of the incense cones was burnt wood with no scented aroma throughout the ENTIRE house, and the headache from smelling all that. I like to double-sided burner it was very unique. However, the slightest little breeze disrupts the air flow and the effect. Close all the doors and windows turn off the air conditioning any source of air movements because that will not allow the smoke to follow the path that's supposed to. Not impressed either with the supposed fragrance that the cones were supposed to have. They all smelled like wood burning no fragrance at all.

I was really excited to buy this product, I had seen it advertised many times and I truly enjoy incense and scented oils for burning. This product looks really fun, and very interesting & soothing to look at. The product does not burn or trickle down as it does in the video, and the cones burn out so incredibly fast that you have to keep adding them to enjoy the product. The cones were not very strongly scented, every color almost smelled the same as they all come in the same bag together.

I kept seeing these advertised but they were so expensive and I was not sure how they would work. I got this one and I must say I am thrilled! It is so beautiful to watch the whole family likes looking at it! Fun to light it up when you have guests! Great item for me, and would make a great gift item!

I was very disappointed when I received this item and realized it wasn't reversible like the product description advertised. It was supposed to have 2 different kinds of cascading features, but mine only has the one with the leaves on the front. It doesn't bother me too much that the waterfall is missing because I figured I would prefer the one with leaves more, but it would've been nice to have what I thought I was ordering.The incense aren't great at all and they do smell like burning wood as

Burner is nice,works ok,cones smell horrible! They fall into the "stinkincense" category. I drilled some good cones that I had and burned them.

I like that it is beautiful. The unit needs to be cleaned after each use. That I don't like. If you burn 3 incense in a row the burner is hard to clean. You have to scrub and rub and scrub and rub again. I put foil on top of the holes so it can protect the burner. But I think if they had put some type of protective coating it would be much easier to use. No body wants to have to clean the unit each time. And guess what I bought 3 of them all different types. It does not produce the waterfall affect and there is no difference in the fragrances provided….they all smell the same

This one is as beautiful as. Y other one ! Yes I already had one when I bought this one . It works as well as the other one also ! This one was at a much better price than my first one plus I got free incense cones , sticks and a pair of tweezers with this one ! The incense cones smell so wonderful that I more ! They both are easy to clean with mild soapy water .

I love incense and bought this to calm an anxious teen who loves to see the snoke cascade down the holder. Only thing. any wind source disrupts it (Air conditioner, fan, walking by) will prevent it from cascading down.

The cones smell good. The sticks smell like literally burning wood. And after you use 1 cone it leaves a black residue that you must clean with water and q tips or it will smell like campfire for the rest of time in your house. So if your dilligant to clean it every time after use then it's cool. But other than that. I would say more of a hassle than a beautiful sight. The smoke did waterfall perfectly. No. Complaint there

It takes a little while for the waterfall effect to happen. By the time the waterfall starts ( which is cool) it only lasts for a few minutes.

Cones burn extremely fast, smoke doesn't pull down consistently. Slightest breeze (passing by, open window) will have smoke going up rather than flowing down. Scent isn't great, but it is fairly mild. Easy to clean, and very pretty as a decorative piece.

I should have listened to the other reviews.Incense all in same bag so you don't really know which one you are using.Incense burns really quick.Smoke does not really drift down as in the video.I will be refitting this item.

fills up your room with smoke. very little fragrance. mostly just smoke . the incense sticks also no fragrance, just smoke.for outside use only.

This does not work like the pictures or videos unless the AC is off and no fans going, no air movement at all. It looks good as an ornament.

The burner works beautifully, but the cone incense smells like burning trash! No nice smell. and theygivenyou stick insence that theris no place to pit the stick!
