They are cheap and too big for my face. I ended up bending them a bit to make them fit better. I bought these glasses because I walk my dog 6 miles every morning with a man behind me. If I walk with headphones, I didn't hear him until he was right behind me. After this incident, I started turning around from time to time to see what was behind me. This meeting made me nervous all the time. They work, at least for my face shape. I believe this will play a part in how useful they are. You can't see a lot of detail if you photograph behind you, but you can fucking see a creeper come out and roll behind you. I bought it to give myself some rest every morning. So far they have worked.
