A bit big but they fit. Order normal size. No stretch marks for several days. As a gymnast I prefer shoes with a stable foot and they work. It would be ideal for coaching. I can feel where my feet are, feel the ground and still have leg protection. I only wear them around the house, they are lighter than sneakers and safer than flip flops. It didn't sit much in the wash, just enough for the final shrinkage. Holds up great. I love these shoes!
