Throw a hammer and drive a nail in deep enough - THE PERFECT backpack

I've only had a handful of backpacks over the years. When I find something I like, I tend to stick with it. This is definitely the last backpack I will ever buy. After using this for a week I decided to drop the hammer and drive the nail deep enough. I've had it for over a year now and I just couldn't be happier. It has more storage pockets and pockets inside with and without zippers, so even the biggest squirrels among us have plenty of places to hide their nuts. He holds EVERYTHING. Here's what I carry with me every day: 1. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 laptop and power adapter; See also Surface 4 Pen.2. Tablet Google Nexus 7.3. Large spiral notebook and approx. 10 pens, pencils and markers.4. Two spare cell phones with Wi-Fi only.5. umbrella.6. Personal items, 2 packs of mints, hand lotion, tissues, pack of tissues, cough drops, allergy medication, antacid tablets, toothpicks, fingertips, tea bags, small mirror.7. USB Portable Mouse.8. Zippered bag with 6 spare USB charging cables, USB portable power bank, charger, 2 LiveScribe smart pens, AA and AAA batteries (4 each), USB flash drives with 14 different densities, USB card reader 9 .Another zippered pouch containing Verizon My-Fi Jetpack Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot, charging cable, and two spare batteries.10. Third zip pack of two 1TB.11 Western Digital portable hard drives. Portable travel power strip with 4 outlets. All this in a compact backpack that easily fits under an airplane seat. The only negative comment I can think of is that people who walk a lot have straps that go across the chest to keep the shoulder straps in the right position. I bought a set here at Revain for less than $10 and was able to walk all over Washington DC and Arlington very comfortably and as fast as I wanted. As for another commenter's comment that the side pockets are too small for water bottles. I have a 25 ounce Swell stainless steel water bottle and a 20 ounce Contigo Snapseal coffee mug that I carry with me every day. Both fit nicely in the large zipped compartment that houses my zipped flash drive pouch. Lots of space. If you are looking for a GREAT backpack I think this might be the answer. Of course it's expensive, but it's worth it. I liked mine so much I ordered one to give my son for his birthday. So jump on it. You will not regret it.
