Review on Kanguru Defender HDD300 External KDH3B 300F 2T by Matt Welch

We used this product to transfer confidential information between data locations. I received the disc, prepared it according to the instructions and sent it to our secondary website for the data download. When I got the drive back from our secondary location it stopped working. Turns on but doesn't mount. Unfortunately I ordered the disc before I really needed it and the warranty had already expired. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because it's a drive and it was FedEx between locations so I can't say it wasn't mishandled BUT I used the packaging that came in both Directions has been supplied, and additional packaging in the secondary packaging added cardboard as a precaution. This is the first time I've tried this brand and will probably try another provider for our next data transfer.
