Hardware: feels great, firm on the hinges, screen with excellent resolution and small bezels, comfortable keyboard and character separation, great trackpad, 3 to 4 hours of battery life. Regarding the Windows S home mode, but through Microsoft I was able to change it, it's very fast. Regarding the shipping packaging: I arrived in great condition, with very good bumper protection, with plug and mouse pad. The destination was Miami-Venezuela.
