wanna love it but DMDM hydantoin.
I've been trying this product's shampoo and conditioner for a few days and love the smell and the volume it gives my hair. However, I recently learned that DMDM hydantoin (one of the ingredients) acts as a preservative and leaches small amounts of formaldehyde. I don't have a problem with preservatives (I don't want to see mold in my products!), but patch testing shows I'm allergic to formaldehyde, and it's probably a potential carcinogen too. Hope OGX restate that because if they do I'd love to try again!
