Nowhere in the description is it indicated that this is a refurbished/used unit. I gave it to my daughter for Christmas, mainly for vertical learning. I bought it in advance. Now I'm kicking myself for not opening the box as soon as I got it. When we open the box we can say that this is not a new device. There was no protective film, no charger, no instructions. The first thing that went wrong was that the charger didn't work. I received a replacement shortly after I sent the email. Since my husband installed this for our daughter, the drivers and some other software were missing. It is as if the device has been erased. The device keeps having problems, crashes, freezes. Now the styles are broken. So I bought my daughter a new one but it doesn't work with her device.
