Definitely a good deal for what you get! My only complaint is that it doesn't tell you there are 2 separate boxes so your pen will arrive later which I didn't realize I thought they forgot my pen. It came later, but this is not the pen listed in the ad. It looks like a first generation pen - there is no eraser on the top, there is a button on the bottom and this is a different way of charging the pen. Still good for the price!

Bought for my wife to check email, use twitter and email sometimes. During activation, the Surface jumped randomly from one program to another. Very unpleasant. After waking up from sleep the Blue Screen of Death appeared and it did nothing at all. No response to actions on my part. Very scary for a brand new car. I sent it back and the seller better not charge me a restocking fee. Would never buy another one again.

I'm still exploring the possibilities of this Surface Pro, but I'm very glad I have it. Its weight makes it easy to move with you, but the keyboard gives you the versatility of a desktop. Since it has a USB port, I have a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, which makes it very convenient to use on my desk. Recommended for friends who could find a replacement for their laptop.

I bought this to replace an iPad that had given up after about 5 years and countless falls. It's not iPad quality, but it's a real computer, not a big phone stuck in Apple jail, so I think it's the best option. Runs everything I need, just don't have too many windows open at once or it gets hot. Unlike many small electronics, it has a headphone jack, which is nice.
