I really liked the MS Surfaces and I highly recommend them. But that's the worst thing I've ever had. I've been battling with Revain and Microsoft for 7 months and am now facing the following issue: During a video conference, the computer randomly shuts down and restarts with a blue screen of death. This came as I worked to support my mental health patients during the pandemic. It was a nightmare. 10+ hours on the phone with Microsoft. One replacement from Revain, one from Microsoft - three computers, same problem. Neither Microsoft nor Revain will refund my money. Even when I asked them to send me a Surface Pro 6 instead of a 7, they said they couldn't. I have at least 10 service tickets open because you can't call the same person to work on the current issue and they can't open an old ticket to continue working on it. They just keep making new tickets and I start with someone new every time. Now they will try to call you back but if you miss that call you will get an email saying "sorry we missed you as we close this ticket". I email back and say "NO, please try at [insert time]" but they don't and eventually stop calling back. Time for a fresh start! That was my life for 7 months!
