As much as I love my $$$ Pelican cases, I'm getting a tad tired of "plastic everywhere," so I decided to try this aluminum case.I'm very pleased by it: It looks really sharp, is very light weight yet sturdy, and has a good amount of adjustable padding inside for my use case (hunting gear, weapons). Obviously, I would not treat it as rough and tumble as my Pelican cases (dropped from planes, tree tops, etc. without a scratch on what was inside), but for simply currying thing around in your vehicle / ATV, this case works great and looks great.One minor annoyance is with the double-sided separate inside, which is great for someone putting screw drivers and long tools in there, or a dozen pens, but I have no real use of that and it's just taking up precious space, so I simply detached it and threw it away.
