It is very easy to set up new mailboxes, aliases, etc., in an automated way without user interaction or manual configuration of MX records for each domain you want added (e.g. @example). The UI could be more streamlined/intuitive - I often have to dig into documentation with no visual guide as to how things are interconnected when trying to add another mailbox from my own account via example's interface. Also it would help if there was some kind of "how-to" section available online that explains common configurations like SPF record creation which will prevent emails being dropped by spam filters such as Google Apps' Gmail Spam filter. We use this product at work because we're not able to easily manage our various accounts using services like Airtable due to their lacklustre support system.
