Expensive and inconvenient!
As others say, this thing is rock solid! Remove the foam and it's just a flatter stone. The tie holding it together was a great idea but the execution was poor. It's Velcro on one side and doesn't even fit on the pillow where it belongs. It's also noisy when you roll over it (considering it doesn't fit) and uncomfortable. I would NOT waste your money. I still can't believe it cost more than $100!
