I was very concerned when I decided to move my Xbox because I said Wi-Fi would affect my game and download speeds. nope It's almost identical to the point where I don't even notice if there's a difference. Online gaming is also almost flawless. I had no problems with this item and for $50 or whatever it's worth now. The setup is very simple. If you can't set it up, then you're failing as a person. You literally just have to choose it. I will say that the initial connection to Xbox Live is a little slow at times, or I have to remind it to connect, but it's usually quick and painless, and not having a cable hanging from the ceiling makes it worth it for me .
