Product is great and works exactly as advertised. The best part for me was StarTech's customer service when I had a problem. About 3 months ago my splitter stopped working. I called StarTech customer service and after answering a few questions they sent a brand new unit (not refurbished or refurbished but brand new). I didn't even have to send back the old non-working unit. A few days later I received a new one and was back in business. That means good service. This company stands behind their products and does the right thing when there is a problem on their end.
