"Really impressed with these grill mats. They really reduce the mess of using the grill grids. We have used them to cook the following items:Brats- these are the messiest to cook on the mats, as they have high fat content. Still had nice char marks.Chicken breasts: the mats really do a nice job on low fat meats such as skinless chicken breasts. They give the breasts a nice grill line look, and we found the chicken to be moister than cooking it on the grill grids.Thick cut Pork Chops: these grill up similar to chicken breasts, minimal mess and almost no grease.Overall, easy to clean the mats (I let them soak in Dawn detergent water to help loosen the grease and burn on juices, then simply take a soft bristle scrub brush to finish cleaning them off. )"
